Shefford Runners hold regular sessions during the week on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7.15pm as well as on a Tuesday at 18:30 from various locations with additional weekend runs when Run Leaders are available. We alternate between a steady run and an interval-based session.
Our sessions are aimed at all abilities from beginners to advanced and we aim to have two Run Leaders at each session in order to offer two distances to ensure that we are catering for all.
Throughout the year, we offer supported Couch to 5k courses which always prove to be popular and are a great way to meet people that are new to / returning to running. These are generally held in January, April/May and September; please keep an eye on our RunTogether page for details.
At Shefford Runners, we believe that social running is the best way to keep yourself motivated and to get the most enjoyment out of running. Many of our members regularly meet up outside of our organised sessions to enjoy a run together.
If you are an existing member, you will know that to join a running session, you need to use the ConnectMyClub app.
For those new to Shefford Runners who wish to try us out (for 3 free sessions) before joining up, please email club.secretary@sheffordrunners.co.uk who will send you a link with a code to download and sign up to the ConnectMyClub app.
